Spring is here, which means it's swimming season for Rambo. Rambo loves water, and you know what loves being in a wet and moist environment? Yeast! Because Rambo is wet all the time, and drying him is an event, he is prone to yeast infections during swimming season. To boost his immunity and inner defense against yeast naturally, I like to incorporate apple cider vinegar and anti-fungal herbs like oregano and thyme into his diet.

Can I bake this at a higher temperature or longer time? This recipe contains MCT oil, which has a relatively low smoke point compared to other cooking oils. Its smoke point is typically around 320°F to 350°F (160°C to 177°C). Therefore, it's not ideal for high-heat cooking methods like frying or baking at high temperatures.
